Cultural Storytelling, Cultural Programming, Artist Representation
about
Hi there! I’d like to take a moment to give you a sense of who I am and what Hofmann Culture Works is all about. After decades of working nationally and internationally in building relationships between Broadway and the world, in the end, my passion is grounded in the belief that storytelling, live performance, and shared cultural experience matter deeply to how communities see themselves and one another. The best work connects artistic integrity with public relevance.

Culture is not decoration. It is infrastructure.
Advancing initiatives grounded in theatre, storytelling, and audience connection
I’m a theatre-trained producer and strategist focused on expanding audiences for live performance and deepening the connection between artists and the public. After earning my MFA from Carnegie Mellon University, I worked across nonprofit, regional, and commercial theater before spending more than three decades developing global audience initiatives that connect Broadway with audiences at home and around the world.
That work began when Cameron Mackintosh invited me to create a unique marketing program for his Broadway productions, and it grew into the co-founding of Broadway Inbound, a startup later acquired by the Shubert Organization. I went on to lead the company for twenty more years, helping shape international audience development for Broadway.
Along the way, I’ve been honored with awards from organizations including the Student & Youth Travel Association (SYTA) and the National Tour Association (NTA). Today, through Hofmann Culture Works, I continue this work with a focus on boutique artist representation, creative producing, and projects that explore how storytelling shapes identity, community, and shared cultural experience. In the end, as I like to encourage my team, it’s about how to meet each moment and “Be brilliant!”
